Henry Heart & The Love Letters does not run its own user accounts, advertising network, analytics system, or marketing tracker. We do not sell personal information.

Contact information

The Contact page opens the visitor’s own email program. The website does not save the form fields or send them to a form-processing company. If the visitor sends the email, the name, email address, message, and any other information included are delivered to frankscaplen@gmail.comthrough the visitor’s email provider. That information is used to answer the request, protect rights, or maintain appropriate business records, and is kept only as long as reasonably needed.

Hosting and security

The hosting platform and a visitor’s browser or device may automatically process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, device or browser information, request logs, authentication status, and essential cookies. Those systems are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their policies.

Your choices

Adults may ask what contact information we have, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing frankscaplen@gmail.com. We may need to verify the requester before acting.

Children’s Privacy Notice

The stories are child-friendly, but the site is designed so a child does not need to provide personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

• Children should not submit names, email addresses, photos, locations, school details, or other identifying information.
• A parent, guardian, or teacher should contact us on a child’s behalf.
• If we learn that a child under 13 sent personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Cookie & Local Storage Notice

The Henry Heart site does not place advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. The hosting platform may use essential cookies or similar technology for security, authentication, and reliable operation.

When the app is installed, a service worker stores copies of essential pages, artwork, and app files on the device so the app loads faster and may continue to show previously loaded content offline. Visitors can remove these copies by uninstalling the app or clearing site data in the browser.
